The traditional and renowned producer of Dominican rum presents its first limited edition, created using a unique method of aromatic cask toasting. The world's youngest Rum Master, Jassil Villanueva Quintana, has selected one of the island's most precious treasures for this edition - cocoa beans. This delicious rum was released as a limited edition of only 4 batches. Each bottle is a collector's item, hand-sealed and personally signed by Jassil Villanueva Quintana herself. European oak barrels are toasted with Dominican cocoa beans to obtain a unique aroma. After the beans are removed, the barrels are filled with rum, which matures in them and acquires a rich flavor. The barrels are then ready to be filled. This technique is called Aromatic Cask Toasting.
