1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Rumfolio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the right to grant us this license.

• Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or hateful

Information regarding bottle values, prices, and collection valuations provided on Rumfolio are for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Do not rely on our valuation data for financial decisions, insurance purposes, or legal matters.

5.2 Price Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Actual market prices may vary significantly.

5.3 User Collections

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged spirits or collections. You are solely responsible for the security, insurance, and maintenance of your collection.

6. Community Standards

6.1 Respectful Conduct
