Doorly's 14 Year Old is a molasses rum produced at the Foursquare distillery, run by Richard Seale. Its tropical aging process took place in bourbon and Madeira casks. Thus, very old rums, produced in both pot stills and column stills, were used to create this Caribbean spirit. Dense and full-bodied, this rum is bottled at 48% ABV to fully express its aromatic richness.
