About this bottle

For the collection, Joy chose ten casks from the 200,000 barrels aging in the cellars Appleton Estate, one of the largest and oldest collections in the world. Luca Gargano joined Joy for a blind tasting to select their three favorite casks. This limited collection was named the Heart Collection for three reasons, it was made in the heart of Jamaica, in a still that honors the heart of the raw materials, and finally, the heart is also the symbol of the passion shared by Joy Spense and Luca Gargano. 12 casks of the same mark make up this bottle, 1 among 3000 produced bottled at 60%, after a slight reduction. Here we have a very old 25-year-old Jamaican rum , aged at the distillery.
